Instructions for Setting Up Your Email Account in Outlook Express
Setting up E-mail
1. In Outlook Express click on “Tools”
Click on “Accounts”

2. Click on the “Add” Button
Select “Mail”

3. Enter in your name, as you want it to be seen on your e-mail messages
Click “Next”

4. Enter in your E-mail address that was provided to you by CascadeAccess in the format of username@CascadeAccess.com
Click “Next

5. Leave incoming server set to “POP3” server
Enter in “mail.CascadeAccess.com” in both the blank fields
Click “Next”

6. Enter in your Username (the first part of your e-mail address)
Enter in your Password that you selected when you signed up for your account
Click “Next”

7. Click “Finish”

Click “Close: or you can continue to setup News Groups as shown below.

Setting up News Groups
1. Click on "Add"
Select "News"

2. Enter in your name, as you want it to be seen on your News postings
Click “Next”

3. Enter in your E-mail address that was provided to you by CascadeAccess in the format of username@CascadeAccess.com
Click “Next"

4. Enter in "news.cascadeaccess.com" in the field labeled NNTP server
Click “Next”

5. Click “Finish”

Click “Close”
Now you are ready to use Outlook Express!
