- Take Highway 26 West
- Go South on Hwy 101 toward Cannon Beach
- One mile past Manzanita, take the next right after the Nehalem Bay
State Park turn-off and the Shell station onto Bayside Gardens Rd. Go 0.5 miles.
- Take the first left after the "Dead End" sign onto Ocean Way.
- Take the first left onto Pintail Ave.
- House is on the left just after the street turns to the right.
- Address is 34140 Pintail Ave.
Alternatively:
(This route very curvy and not recommended if you are prone to car sickness. It will cut about 15 minutes off the trip, however you will miss the beautiful ocean views.)
- From Hwy. 26, 8 miles past Camp 18, turn left, South, onto Hwy 53.
- Turn right 1.5 miles past the Tillamook/Clatsop County line onto N Fork Rd. toward Nehalem. Go 5 miles.
- Turn right at the blinking red light onto H St./ Hwy 101 N. Go 1 mile.
- Turn left onto Bayside Gardens Rd. Go 0.5 miles.
- Take the first left after the "Dead End" sign onto Ocean Way.
- Take the first left onto Pintail Ave.

Full Description
This 2001 house is nicely furnished and decorated in a coastal theme. The large living room has a wood burning fireplace and is furnished with a very comfortable futon, two leather recliner chairs, coffee and end tables. The dining table seats 6 and can be expanded to seat more. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a full complement of dishes and cookware. Salt, pepper, flour and sugar and some basic spices are also stocked. The children's bedroom has twin-size bunk beds and a crib and small dresser. Also in the garage is a high chair and a stroller.
Both adult bedrooms feature queen size beds, dressers and bedside tables; the master has a private bath and the other a small TV with VCR. All linen, pillows and towels are supplied. The family room has a leather couch, a rocking chair and a 27" TV and DVD/VCR. It has French doors opening onto a concrete patio with table and chairs. There is a washer and dryer, a barbecue and crab cooker, and bicycles in the garage for your use. A swing set is in the back yard for the children. Click here for the floorplan.
Bayshore Rental House Policies
1. Our home is fully furnished and includes linens, dishes and cookware. There is some flour, sugar, tea, coffee, cooking oil and basic spices. If you use up any of these items, please replace them. Please use beach towels only when you go to the beach. Please do not use the bathroom towels in the sand.
2. Cleaning is not provided after your check-out. Guests are expected to leave the house as clean or cleaner than they found it. A Cleaning Procedure Sheet is posted on the refrigerator door.
3. We have a two night minimum, except holidays which vary.
4. We require one night rental deposit to hold a reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
5. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out time: 1:00 p.m.
6. Cancellations:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to reservation may receive full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days may lose the deposit unless the property can be re-rented. There is no refund for shortened stays.
7. We rent to adults only. No teen or college parties allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
8. Occupancy Limit Policy:
Maximum occupancy (which includes children) is 8 persons. If guests exceed the limit, you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund. Courtesy and respect for your neighbors must be observed at all times.
9. Smoking: Please smoke outside. Some of our clients have allergies or are sensitive to tobacco smoke. Please use ashtrays. When the weather gets cold we will provide a smoking place in the garage.
10. Pets: We allow dogs with the following guidelines: - The yard is not fenced so dogs must be on a leash to go outside.
- Please clean up any poop in the yard (or anyone else's yard.)
- No "chewy" dogs that are going to eat the furniture.
- If the dog sleeps on the bed, please bring a bed cover to protect the bedding.
- Please do not leave the dog alone in the house.
Other pets will be considered on an individual basis. Please check with us.
11. Returned Check Fee: There will be a $15.00 charge on all returned checks.
12. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change without notice.
